Full Terms & Conditions  

  

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.  

  1. Purchase is necessary. Please retain all packaging with the unique codes, as this may be required for validation and in order for the participant to claim their Gift. Internet access and a valid email address are required.  

  1. Promotion Period: Enter and claim between 00:01 GMT on the 10th of November 2025 and 23:59 GMT on the 15th of February 2026 inclusive or until 3000 Gifts are claimed.  

  1. To Claim: Purchase a participating pack (see Clause 5 for details) in selected Tesco or Waitrose stores or online via Ocado, scan the QR code on pack or visit daysbrewing.com/pages/free-beer to enter the unique code printed on the inside of the pack and complete the online form to provide your details (name, email address, location, age, gender and contact telephone number) to claim your e-voucher. 

  1. Participating  Promotional Packs: 

    1. 4 x 330ml cans Days Lager 

    1. 4 x 330ml cans Days Pale Ale 

  1. Maximum of 1 claim is permitted per person per purchase per week during the Promotion Period.  

  1. The Gifts: Each valid claimant will receive an E-Voucher to claim 1 x 330ml bottle of Days 0.0% Lager, OR 1 x 330ml bottle of Days 0.0% Pale Ale OR 1 x Pint of Days 0.0% Lager, depending on availability. Redeemable from participating Stonegate pubs only.  

  1. Further Gift Details and Conditions:  

    1. E-vouchers will be sent to the email address used when participating. 

    1. E-vouchers must be redeemed by 11:59 GMT on 28 February 2026. 

  1. Gift Claiming: You will be required to claim your free Gift by presenting your e-voucher at a Participating Stonegate Pub (see clause 10 for a list of Participating Pubs). Any claims received that do not meet these requirements or are received after the Promotion Period will be void and invalid. Can’t be exchanged for any other offer, product or cash alternative. Products available in each venue might vary. May be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.  

  1. Participating Pubs: To locate a participating pub, please visit   www.daysbrewing.com/pages/free-beer . 

  1. E-Voucher Acceptance: Fulfilment of the E-Voucher will take place within 2 working days of acceptance. In the unlikely event that a E-Voucher does not arrive within 2 working days, the claimant must inform the Promoter by emailing hey@daysbrewing.com. If a claimant does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the E-Voucher or limit its value at its sole discretion. 

  1. The Promoter may request that the claimants participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the claimant’s discretion and is not a condition of Gift Claiming. 

  1. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claim (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Gift awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to: 

    1. Verify the eligibility of claimants through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Claim or a Gift may be withheld until verification is completed.

    2. Disqualify claims that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. 

    3. Disqualify claims made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

    4. Disqualify bulk claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete claims and claims submitted by macros or other automated means.

    5. Disqualify claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’,  masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

    6. Disqualify claimants who tamper with the entry process.

    7. Disqualify claimants which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions. 

    8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion. 

 

  1. The Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Gift is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Gift for another of equal or greater value. 

  1. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to daysbrewing.com/pages/free-beer. 

  1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS15977) or accepting or using the/a Gift(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. 

  1. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances. 

  1. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://daysbrewing.com/policies/privacy-policy  

  1. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect. 

  1. By claiming, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

  1. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.  

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
