To enter, all you have to do is buy a 4 pack of Days from a partaking retailer (Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco & Ocado). Then open up your case, and you’ll instantly know if you’re winner.

This promotion is operated and administered by Better Beverage Company Ltd, 2 St Thomas Street, London, SE1 9RS, England (The Promoter)

  1. The personal data that you provide when submitting an entry to this promotion will be used by the Promoter for purposes of administering and managing your participation in the promotion, verifying eligibility and selecting the winners in accordance with the terms and conditions relating to the promotion below (Terms and Conditions).
  2. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, if you win a prize, the Promoter will make your name and country available to the people requesting that information. If you do not want your name to be made available, please inform the Promoter using the contact details in paragraph 5 of this Privacy Policy (the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required). 
  3. The Terms and Conditions are the legal basis on which the Promoter will process your personal data. If you do not provide your personal data, the Promoter cannot enter you into this promotion or process your entry and provide you with your prize. 
  4. The promoter will not share your personal data with any third party other than those who are engaged by them to fulfil and deliver the prizes.

In accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations, the Promoter reminds you that at any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment, opposition to treatment, including a right to require your personal data is erased (but note, this will automatically remove your entry from the promotion and mean that you cannot receive or take up a prize), a right to amend your data and the right to ask to transfer your data directly to another organisation by writing to the Promoter at

  1. This promotion is open to all U.K, residents over 18 years of age, other than the employees of Days Brewing (the Promoter) and their families, their associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, including but not limited to Boughey Distribution.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. 

How to Enter

  1. You will require internet access and an email address to enter the promotion. 
  2. The promotion starts at 00:00 on 1st May 2024 (Opening Date). All entries must be received before the promotion closes at 23:59 on 18th August 2024 (Closing Date). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received by the Closing Date for any reason. Proof of sending shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt. 
  3. To participate in the Promotion, entrants are required to purchase a Days Multipack in store. Winning packs contain a Golden Ticket with details of how to claim the prize and will be distributed among stocks of Days Multipacks. 
  4. There are 5 Golden Tickets, each entitling the winner to one prize of £1,000 GBP.
  5. Winners must redeem their prize by emailing their unique codes, as well as a photo of their winning ticket to Should the email not work, then it’s the winners responsibility to contact Days. 
  6. Codes can only be redeemed once.
  7. The Promoter may also require a copy of the receipt of purchase as proof of purchase. 


  1. There are 5 lots of £1,000 in total to be won.
  2. The Prizes are non-exchangeable or non-transferable for other prizes.
  3. In order to claim their prize, winners must provide their full UK delivery address to the promoter within 14 days of being notified they have won.
  4. The prize may be forfeited at the Promoter’s sole discretion in the following events:
  • The prize is declined, or a winner cannot take up their prize;
  • A winner is disqualified under the Terms and Conditions of this promotion;
  • A winner fails to provide their full UK delivery address within 14 days of being notified that have won;
  • Or delivery of the prize is refused or cannot be completed using reasonable attempts.
  1. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the prize. 
  2. The Promoter will send a check to the winners within 30 days of their prize being claimed.
  3. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activity.


  1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion and / or revise these Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
  2. The Promoter may disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion. This includes any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this paragraph by tampering with the operation of this promotion, setting up multiple accounts or using multiple identities. 
  3. The Promoters decision to any aspect of this promotion is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of this Promotion. 
  4. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
